How does a one day rental work?
Want a great way to greet your guest at a baby shower? Why not unveil the baby's gender with the suspense of a covered stork. Either way, the guests will love it! The signs can be generic or customized! Discounts are available if purchased with newborn stork rental.
How far in advance do I need to book a stork?
We understand that due dates are just a best estimate but babies make the ultimate decision!We recommend you reserve your sign in advance around the due date. Therefore when the baby decides to make their grand entrance, contact us so we can help make the big announcement.
What is the turnaround?
The Stork Landing receives orders 24/7 and strives to deliver your signs within 24-48 hours of you placing the order.
Can I get a rush delivery?
Yes we do rush delivery. Please contact us to see if we have availability and a $25 fee will be added for rush delivery.
During the rental period, what happens if the stork sign is damaged?
If you notice any damage to the stork sign, please contact us ASAP. Our signs are durable, weather-resistant, and designed to last. We are not responsible or liable for any injuries involving the sign while it’s being rented. The renter of the stork sign assumes that responsibility and liability and also will be responsible for payment for any damage to the sign while it’s rented. By ordering a sign, the individual accepts responsibility for the sign while it’s on their or their family member's or friend’s property. Thank you.
Can I move, mow around or attach items to the stork sign?
No, please do not move or attach anything to the signs, including balloons. Also, please use caution when mowing or weed eating around the stork sign.
What is the refund policy?
Personalized products cannot be returned for a refund. If an error is made on our behalf, we will gladly correct the order. If you make an error on your order, we can normally replace your order at a discount. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct those errors.
Where is the stork placed?
We use our best judgement for sign placement. If there is a specific spot you would like for the sign to be played, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
Can your stork be used inside for a shower?
We have a separate stand that is used for inside parties and can be booked for one day rentals.
How do I book and pay for the rental(s)?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express using Square through our online store, payment over the phone or by email. Orders must be paid in advance.
